Who these terms are with

This website is operated by DentaVerge Marketing Inc., trading as DentaVerge, of 130–889 Harbourside Dr., North Vancouver, BC V7P 3S1, Canada. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean DentaVerge Marketing Inc., and "you" means the person using the site.

What this site is

This site describes the marketing services we offer to dental practices. It is general information about our business — it is not an offer, a quote, or a contract, and nothing on it creates a client relationship.

Any engagement between us is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out the scope, fees, and term. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement governs.

Not professional advice

Our articles and service pages are marketing information for practice owners. They are not legal, financial, regulatory, or clinical advice, and they are not advice on your obligations to your provincial dental regulator or college.

You remain responsible for ensuring that any marketing carried out for your practice complies with the rules of your regulator and with applicable advertising and privacy law. Take your own professional advice before acting on anything you read here.

Acceptable use

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse it. In particular, you must not:

• Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose, or to send us false information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system, or probe it for vulnerabilities.
• Introduce malware, or interfere with the site's operation or availability, including by automated overloading.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy content from the site for a commercial purpose without our written permission.
• Use our contact form to send unsolicited advertising, spam, or bulk messages.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, layout, graphics, photographs, logos, and the DentaVerge name and marks — is owned by DentaVerge Marketing Inc. or used under licence, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may view, download, and print pages for your own reference or to evaluate our services. You may not republish, sell, or use our content commercially, or present it as your own, without our written permission.

What you send us

When you send us practice details through the contact form or by email, you confirm that you are entitled to share that information. Please do not send us patient records or any personal health information through this website — it is not built to receive them.

We handle what you send in line with our Privacy Policy.

Accuracy and availability

We prepare this site with care, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the content is complete, current, or error-free, or that the site will be uninterrupted or free of defects.

Service descriptions, timelines, and results shown here are illustrative. Results we have achieved for other practices are not a promise of the results your practice will see.

Third-party links and content

This site links to and embeds third-party content, including a Google Map and a form served by Craftify AI. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the BC Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act that cannot be waived.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability arising from your use of this site is limited to CAD $100.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the last substantive revision, and the version published here is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of British Columbia, sitting in North Vancouver.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
